Scripture encourages us, "Let us not neglect our meetings together" (Heb. 10:25) and we gather together as Christians joyfully and often. We believe that in the Word of God and the Sacraments of Baptism and the Lord's Supper, God is actively working in us and giving us His grace and divine gifts. Join us to receive God's gifts and respond to Him with praise!
Our worship services are centered around proclaiming God's Word and receiving the Body and Blood of Christ in the Lord's Supper. In this "church service" it is not we who serve God; it is God who serves us and gives us His grace. We follow what is often called a "traditional" service, following forms and practices the Church has used for nearly 2000 years: a liturgical format drawn from the words of Scripture, hymns accompanied by organ, a lectionary for the Scripture readings, primarily from the Lutheran Service Book. We celebrate the sacrament of Holy Communion weekly in the joy of knowing that our Lord Jesus is giving us his true Body and Blood for the forgiveness of sins. God's grace in Christ is open to every person, and you are invited to join us!
Worship service with Holy Communion is every Sunday at 10:00am. For shut-ins and others unable to come in person, we also provide a brief video service linked below.
During the seasons of Advent and Lent, we have soup supper at 6:00pm and worship service at 7:00pm.
